The Service Complaint Ombudsman for the Armed Forces (SCOAF) assesses whether the Service Complaints process is efficient effective and fair. To help us achieve this, we would appreciate you taking a few minutes to give us your views via this short questionnaire. Your feedback will be used by SCOAF to better understand how the Service Complaints process is working for users.
The information you provide in this survey is entirely anonymous. You will not be asked for your name or any other identifying information. All responses will be stored securely on a restricted SCOAF network and will only be accessible by the SCOAF Statistics Team. This is line with our commitment to the rights of access to information as set out in the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Data Protection Act 1998.
