Healthwatch West Sussex are working on a Lived Experience project, in partnership with West Sussex County Council (WSCC). This work is part of WSCC Right From The Start Early Years and Childcare strategy 2024-2027, to ensure that service proposals developed include the voices of parents, carers, children, and their community.
Our survey aims to discover what information parents/carers already know about early years services, including family hubs, health services, and early years and childcare provision. This will help to create a baseline that can be used to check progress in 2027 to gauge how successful this work has been.
We are very interested in any potential barriers you've encountered in accessing early years and childcare services to date. Your answers are important to help shape local community services that are designed to better support you and your family’s needs now and in the future.
