1. Preparation for adulthood thematic visit - survey for children and young people

0%

Hello,

Welcome to the survey start page. Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are visiting your area to learn more about how you are supported as you get older and become an adult. Thank you for helping us by answering this survey.

We want to know more about the support that children and young people like you get to help you prepare for adulthood. This survey asks questions about 4 areas: being ready to get a job, living on your own, being a part of the community, and being healthy. This will help us understand more about the support you are getting.

This survey is optional and should take around 5-10 minutes to finish. We are not asking for anything that may identify you. You do not have to complete the survey if you do not want to.

This survey is for children and young people aged 11-25 only, who are responding about their experiences of being prepared to be an adult. The survey for parents, carers and professionals is here.

Your answers will not lead to any judgment of the area you live in. We will use the answers we get from the survey to inform our final national report. The report will not be specific about what we found in each area. You may answer in bullet points, and please do not worry about grammar or spelling.

If you are under 11 years of age, or do not have SEND, unfortunately you cannot complete this survey. If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, please email asend.thematics@ofsted.gov.uk.
