Urgent and emergency care in Cambridge- Have your say

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH) is developing long term plans for healthcare on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus (in and around Addenbrooke's Hospital), including how it can improve urgent and emergency care services. We know that the best healthcare happens when we listen to the people who use it. That is why we want to hear from you.

Whether you are a patient, carer, healthcare professional, or part of a local community group, your voice matters in shaping the future. This is your chance to share what’s working, what needs improving, and how we can design services to meet people’s needs. We have hired facilitation experts, taproot, to gather ideas, experiences, and insights from individuals, groups, and communities. Ideas shared in this survey will then be discussed in more depth at workshops in March 2025. If you want to come to one of these, you can book in here.

This survey is for you to share your feedback and ideas (only 3 questions). If you want to talk more, or you want the taproot team to come and talk to your community group, then please send us an email and we will be in touch.

This survey is anonymous. You will not be asked for any identifying information. If you choose to book on to a workshop or contact us, your personal details will only be collected when you book.

This survey will close on the 14th March, before the workshops begin.
