To enrol your child with us we require a parent / carer of the named child to complete our admission form.
Dunalley Primary School holds the legal right to collect and use relevant personal data relating to pupils and their families, and we may also receive information regarding them from their previous school, LA and/or the DfE. We collect and use personal data in order to meet legal requirements and legitimate interests set out in the GDPR and UK law.
We take our role as data controllers very seriously and ensure all personal information held is kept safe. We do not share this data with anyone without consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so.
The information collected within this form creates your child’s school record. It will be copied and stored on our electronic Information Management System, used within school for learning & administrative purposes and shared with relevant staff, suppliers, the LA and DfE.
