The 2025 UK Contact Centre Decision-Makers' Guide
UK-based contact centres with over 10 agent positions are invited to participate in the research programme for "The 2025 UK Contact Centre Decision-Makers' Guide" - the 22nd annual report of this kind.
All responses and participants will remain entirely confidential. The deadline for participation in the 2025 report is the end of Friday 13th December 2024.
However, we always welcome new data - if you would like to take the survey after this date, please do so and email us to let us know you have done this.
After we've checked through your response, you will be emailed the full report for your company's use, and you'll also receive access to the separate detailed "2025 UK Contact Centre HR & Operational Benchmarking Report" (normally £375 + VAT).
