The 2025 UK Contact Centre Decision-Makers' Guide
UK-based contact centres with over 10 agent positions are invited to participate in the research programme for "The 2025 UK Contact Centre Decision-Makers' Guide" - the 22nd annual report of this kind.
All responses and participants will remain entirely confidential. The deadline for participation is the end of Friday November 29th 2024.
As thanks for your participation, in December 2024 you will be emailed the full report for your company's use, several weeks before the official launch.
You'll also receive access to the separate detailed "2025 UK Contact Centre HR & Operational Benchmarking Report" (normally £375 + VAT).
