The Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement Strategy sets out how housing services will engage with tenants and leaseholders. How we will shape our services, influence decision-making, and enhance the quality of homes and communities across Guildford borough.
Your feedback will directly influence the improvement of the draft strategy which will then be developed into the final version.
We have used existing data and feedback from the Tenant Satisfaction Measures, the Solace report, the Tenants’ Engagement Group and recent complaints alongside current housing regulations to draft a strategy that will work for our tenants.
The strategy addresses five key focus areas:
1. Improve communication and interaction
2. Strengthen engagement, participation and empowerment
3. Create and support proud communities
4. Build a culture of respect and collaboration
5. Strengthen scrutiny and accountability
