Teledermatology Pathway - Patient Experience Questionnaire

The Teledermatology pathway was set up at Northampton General Hospital in February 2021 as part of a 3 month trial service to help improve the 2WW cancer performance and wait times for our patients. We would be grateful if you could complete the following questionnaire in order for us to review and improve the service and patient experience. The questionnaire should take between 5-10 minutes to complete. This patient questionnaire will not affect your care and your feedback is extremely appreciated.
