This questionnaire is aimed at neurodivergent people living in the UK who have experience of being in work. You do not need a formal diagnosis.
We are interested in understanding how being neurodivergent affects people at work. In particular, we want to know whether your neurodivergence costs you time at work, and to what extent your employer accommodates your needs. We are also interested in how your neurodivergence might align with the adjustments you find useful. If you are not currently in work, please consider your most recent employment experience.
