Purpose of the consultation
As a partnership it is vital that we understand the community’s perception of the causes of violence and the effect it has on the area, and what you feel should be done locally to prevent and tackle violence. These insights will help ensure that the needs and voices of the community inform and shape future delivery and strategy.

Definition of Violence
“Violence and serious violence includes specific crime types where there is the use of physical force or power, threatened or actual, against oneself, another person, or against a group or community”.
