The tribunals publication presents quarterly and annual statistics on the types and volumes of UK Tribunals. We are considering streamlining the publication to include only the tables that our end-users find useful. The purpose of this consultation is to better understand how these statistics are used. The results of this survey will allow us to prioritise our improvements. To ensure the tables you use remain to be published, please consider completing the survey by 31st March 2024. This should take 5-10 minutes.
Next Steps
The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) will consider all responses to the survey questions and report back on the findings and conclusions after the survey has closed. Although we cannot guarantee that we can implement all suggestions as it will be resource-dependent, we will prioritise them and investigate what is feasible based on data, resources, and timescales.
