Healthwatch Southend is the independent voice of Southend residents who use or may use NHS and social care services. We are not part of the NHS or Southend City Council. We use your experiences to push for improvements in the services you and your families receive.
We want to learn more about how we can better engage with young people and how to hear about your experiences. We would like to know what kind of topics are of interest to you, and how we can make sure our content appeals to you.
This survey is designed for people under 25, living in Southend. If you are a parent or carer who looks after a young person under 25, please feel free to share your opinions on how you believe they would like to be kept up to date on our work.
