'How well do I work with my therapist?'

 



This test is about experiences you might have with your therapist. It is called the working alliance inventory and is made up of three parts: i) agreement on your goals ii) the tasks needed to achieve your goals iii) how well you bond, meaning get on with, your therapist. There are 12 questions.

The following questions describe some of the different ways a therapist and service user may interact in therapy.
