Mental Health Survey (Service Users)
Healthwatch Lincolnshire will focus on mental health for the end of 2024 and is particularly keen to hear from:
- New fathers
- People working in farming, agriculture or horticulture
- Members of a military family
- Veterans
To read more about why we have chosen those groups please visit our website.
We want to listen to your experiences of accessing mental health services and support, as well as how responsive, accessible and effective it’s been.
This survey covers:
- Waiting times
- Treatment and condition management
- What works well
- What could be improved
Your feedback will help us better understand any barriers people face and opportunities to improve mental health care for your community.
By exploring mental health support for these groups, we hope to involve more people in conversations about their health, as part of our ongoing efforts to address health inequalities in Lincolnshire.
The survey should take 5 – 15 minutes to complete.
The information you give us is confidential and anonymised before we share it with relevant agencies. Your personal information is never included in our survey reports.
