This survey is being done because we need YOUR help to shape the information, advice, and services on offer to you as young people across Merthyr, Bridgend and Rhondda Cynon Taf around your sexual health.
You must be between the ages of 13 and 25 to take part in this survey.
Sexual health includes a range of things from advice on healthy relationships to Sexually Transmitted Infections and access to condoms and contraception. We would like to know what you think about the current information and services, but also what would be helpful to you in the future.
The survey doesn’t ask you for your name but does ask where you live and certain things about you. This is so we can make sure that services are available to support YOUR needs. We will write up a report with the results of this survey but as we don’t ask for your name, all the information you give us will be completely anonymous.
