Access to Pharmacy in Gloucestershire
Why are we doing this research? Our aim is to explore the impact of Pharmacy closures on access and increased delegated responsibilities to Pharmacy staff. Your responses will help us identify the main issues and develop recommendations that will be presented to health and social care services. We will publish this information in a report that will be available on our website.
Confidentiality: Your responses will be kept strictly confidential. All data collected will be anonymised and used solely for the purpose of this research. We will not collect any identifiable information.
