This survey is for parents/carers living in London who have a child with a special educational need or disability. It is part of a research project being carried out by O’Donnell Research & Evaluation for Contact, the charity supporting families with children with special educational needs and disabilities, and is funded by City Bridge Foundation.
We would like to hear about your views and experiences of education and how you think families can be better supported in the education system. This will help us to improve the help given to children and young people in London who need additional support with their learning. We are interested in the experiences of families from different ethnic groups and communities.
The questionnaire should take around 15-20 minutes to complete. If there are any questions you do not want to answer, that is fine - you don’t have to answer anything you don’t want to. You can click the ‘Next Page’ button without answering.
