The requirement for design, surveying and construction services is increasing in line with our capital investment plan and your support is key to delivering this. It is important that we encompass our core values into everything we do so that we are aligned with our vision ‘to be the airport for everyone, whatever your journey’.
The Supply Chain team have developed an ‘expression of interest form’ which we will use to gauge your organisation’s capabilities. This will enable us to engage with you on projects that are relevant to your organisations core competencies. It is important that this questionnaire is completed to the best of your knowledge and any answers provided are a true reflection of your organisation’s capabilities.
We want to make sure our procurement processes are efficient, and we are inviting suppliers to tender for projects that are best suited to their capabilities, ensuring we deliver the project in the best way possible. In line with our procurement policies suppliers will be required to pass both the pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) and Request for proposal (RFP) evidencing examples of projects delivered which are relevant. It is important that we get the engagement right so that we are adhering to our procedures and delivering efficient supply chain and procurement processes.
