• we require at least 5 days advance notice for groups, 3 days for single foster/home educator families. If you give less notice, we will do our best to process your booking, but cannot guarantee a free visit
• our on-site team will provide your unique booking code to use on this form once a suitable date has been agreed. Ask about any site works / restrictions in place, and resources/activities available on site
• when completed this form will go to your chosen site, who will confirm your booking within 5 working days.
