The Equality Act 2010 requires Awarding Organisations, either directly or through their approved centres, to make Reasonable Adjustments to qualification delivery and assessment to ensure a learner who has a disability as defined in the Act is not placed at a substantial disadvantage in comparison to learners with no disabilities.
 
This form is used by UAL Approved Centres to submit an application for Reasonable Adjustments for a learner undertaking the retake paper of the UAL Level 3 Applied General Diploma in Art and Design or year 1 retake paper of the UAL Level 3 Applied General Extended Diploma in Art and Design. 

One application per learner is required. Before submitting an application, you must have read and understood the UAL Reasonable Adjustments Policy.  

The deadlines to submit an application for Reasonable Adjustments for the retake of the assessment for the UAL Level 3 Applied General Diploma in Art and Design and Year 1 of the UAL Level 3 Applied General Extended Diploma in Art and Design. 

5 September 2024 – for applications requesting modified papers

20 September 2024 – for applications for all other access arrangements
