Chester, Flint and Runcorn East Customer Survey

Transport for Wales are undertaking upgrade works at Chester, Flint and Runcorn East Station. We would like to hear what our customers think about our stations, this will help us deliver what our customers want to see at their station. The following questionnaire consist of 7 questions.

2. How would you rate your overall experience at the station? Please take into account items such as seating, signage, customer information screens, toilets, waiting rooms and other facilities available to the customer.
(1 being the worst and 10 being the best)

 

3. How easy was it to find your way around the station?
(1 being very easy, 10 being very hard)

 

4. How safe and secure did you feel when you was at the station?
(1 being very unsafe, 10 being very safe)

 

5. Was the Transport for Wales brand easily identified when you were at the station?

 

6. Please could you rate the following in order of what facilities you would prioritise having at the station?
(1 being the facility you would prioritise least / 10 being the facility you would prioritise most)
