This survey is about Adult Social Services – Norfolk County Council is interested in hearing about your experiences of these services – both as a service user yourself or as someone who knows people who’ve been using them. Our services include things like: contact with social workers, home care visits, day services, and the provision of direct payments.
During the Covid19 pandemic we have had to change how we deliver some of these services to keep our staff and residents safe. For example, we have used phone calls and video chats instead of face to face visits to people’s homes and helped people to access online activities instead of attending clubs and centres.
We would like to know how these changes have felt - for you or for your family members or friends. When answering the questions please think of one service and focus on that one when answering.
This short survey, which should take no longer than 5 minutes, will help us plan how services are delivered in the future.
The survey is anonymous, we will not share your data with anyone else and we will keep your information confidential in line with our
privacy policy.
This survey will close at midnight on Wednesday 8th July.
Your responses will be recorded once you move on to the next page.
