2022-23 Schools Term Dates, 5 Professional Development Days and School Start/Finish Times - Annual Cambridgeshire Survey
Please let us know the dates your school has scheduled the 5 teacher training/professional days that are available to be taken at schools’ discretion during Academic Year 2022/23 within the 195 term days that have been determined for your school. We ask you to provide this information to us annually so that our Cambridgeshire Services can plan appropriate support and provision for schools, pupils, parents, and carers accordingly.
Please also let us know your school start/finish times for September 2022. This information is requested in the light of the recent government white paper Opportunity for all: strong schools with great teachers for your child that sets an expectation for all state-funded mainstream schools to deliver a minimum length of school week of 32.5 hours as soon as they can, and from September 2023 at the latest.
