This survey has been put together by Diabetes UK's Diabetes Research Steering Group which focusses on Acute Care.
This survey aims to hear from people living with or caring for people with diabetes, who have experienced diabetes care during a hospital stay.
We would like to learn more about your experiences of diabetes care in hospitals.
We are also keen to hear the perspectives of healthcare professionals to understand their views about how diabetes can be better managed in the acute care setting.
There is also an opportunity for people living with diabetes and healthcare professionals to apply to join the Diabetes Research Steering Group, to shape the direction of future research.
The survey (excluding the application form) will take approximately 5 minutes.
