Are you a parent, carer, or guardian of a young person living in Suffolk? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are Healthwatch Suffolk. We ask people about their experiences of using NHS and social care services, and we complete research to shape local support.
About this survey
Since 2016, we have been running a research programme called My Health, Our Future to explore young people’s wellbeing. Our research has shaped local support by informing strategies and services available from (or funded by) schools, colleges, the NHS, Suffolk County Council, and local voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations.
Now, we want to hear from parents, carers, and guardians too. Your feedback can help us to know more about what is needed to support the wellbeing of young people and local families. It’s a chance to reflect on the challenges you face, the support you need, and things that may be working well to support your family locally. If a young person in your life is living with a mental health or long-term condition, you can also tell us about your experiences of support from the NHS.
What to expect
Our survey will explore the cost of living, parental stress, communication with schools, and experiences of support from the NHS. All questions are optional; you can skip any questions if you prefer not to answer them.
