We know that each investigation represents a difficult time. Many families going through the investigation process have lost a loved one, or a family member has suffered serious harm. We appreciate this is a challenging time for you.

We wish to involve families throughout our investigations by using an effective family engagement service. To make sure this works well, we would appreciate hearing about how the investigation process was for you. We will use this feedback to improve the process for families in the future.
