From Thursday 1 May 2025, long COVID services in Lancashire and South Cumbria will no longer be commissioned as stand-alone services. This decision has been taken by NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) following a significant drop in referrals, and due to national funding no longer being ring-fenced for these services from 1 April 2025.
This survey has been designed to capture the views of people currently accessing a long COVID service in Lancashire and South Cumbria. We would like to understand how well informed about the changes you feel, and how well supported you feel.
The information captured in this survey will be used by the ICB commissioning team, along with the providers, to understand how people are currently feeling and how they can be best supported through the changes going forward.
