Welcome to our survey on proposed new sites for new hospitals for Lancashire and South Cumbria.
Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust are part of the Government's New Hospital Programme.
We are developing proposals for two new hospitals to replace Royal Preston Hospital and Royal Lancaster Infirmary. As part, of this we want to understand how you, your family, or people you care for might be affected by a change in hospital location.
We have identified two proposed sites for replacement hospitals and would like to hear your views on what this might mean for you.
We are still at an early stage in the process for developing proposals for new hospitals. As we go through this process, we will get more details on what our future hospitals could be like. We will continue to seek your views, for example through the formal consultation process at a later date.
This survey is for people aged 18 or over.
