Healthwatch Hampshire is an independent organisation that gathers local people’s views on health and care services, so they can be used to make improvements to these services.
We are currently looking for anonymous feedback about Hampshire County Council’s Adults’ Health and Care services. Adults' Health and Care provide support services to people with physical or learning disabilities, autism, physical or mental illnesses.
We aim to find out things like:
