Neurological Conditions Survey

Healthwatch Lincolnshire is turning its attention to neurological conditions for the third quarter of 2024. We want to make sure everyone's voice is heard in healthcare discussions.

By exploring neurological health, we hope to involve more people in conversations about their health. This decision is part of our ongoing efforts to address health inequalities in Lincolnshire and ensure that everyone's needs are heard and considered. Join us in making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community.

We want to gain insight into individuals' experiences of health and care services that support people in Lincolnshire navigating neurological conditions (this is not an exhaustive list):

- Brain Injury
- Chronic pain
- Dementia
- Epilepsy
- Fibromyalgia
- Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
- Migraines
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS)
- Stroke
- Other neurological conditions

This short survey explores:

- Diagnosis
- Waiting Times
- Treatment and Condition Management
- What works well?
- What could be improved?

The survey should take between 5 – 15 minutes to complete.

The information you give us is confidential and anonymised before we share it. Your personal information is never included in our survey reports.
