High Speed Two Limited (‘HS2 Ltd’) are currently exploring a possible requirement for a HS2 route-wide framework which will cover civils works across Phase One, Stations and Railway Systems, as well as any future areas/phases as required. The initial packages under consideration equate to circa £600m for Phase One non-critical scope and finishing works.
