This Employer Survey has been developed to inform the next stage of work of the Lisburn Castlereagh Labour Market Partnership (LMP), a collaborative initiative led by Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (LCCC) centred on addressing labour market challenges locally.
This Employer Survey aims to inform the LMP on the skills / labour challenges that employers in the LCCC area are experiencing. The findings from it will inform where our LMP resources should be prioritised and the development of programmes and initiatives to meet industry and business needs in our Council area.
