As your Police and Crime Commissioner, my role is to represent your views on policing issues, to set the police budget and to hold the Chief Constable to account on your behalf. My office also funds projects and services that help victims of crime, reduce re-offending and improve community safety across the county.
One of my key tasks is to set the Police and Crime Plan for Surrey which will run throughout my term of office. This Plan sets out the key priorities for policing and crime reduction which Surrey Police and my office then work towards achieving. It is really important to me that my Plan reflects the views of our residents and that is why I want to hear from you about the policing, crime and safety issues that matter most to you in your communities.
