A wide range of projects have been proposed as part of an ambitious scheme for the development of community facilities within the Fusiliers Way area. These include:

- The Myton Path
- A new Community Stadium (which would serve as the new home ground of Leamington Football Club)
- A new athletics facility (to replace the existing facility at Edmondscote)
- A new Neighbourhood Centre including local shops
- A new nursery for preschool children
- New employment opportunities
- New community facilities of various types

All of these proposals have been brought together into a Masterplan for the area alongside Fusiliers Way, to show how the new facilities interact and complement the surrounding new and existing schools, Warwick Technology Park, residential areas, and other local land uses.

This response form seeks your views on the illustrative Masterplan. These will be considered as part of the preparation of any future Planning Applications for these projects.
