The government is seeking views and evidence on the measures it proposes to introduce in the upcoming Equality (Race and Disability) Bill on mandatory ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting for large employers. The responses to this consultation will be used to inform our next steps on developing and drafting legislation.

Providing more than one response
You can provide more than one response to the consultation. For example:
- if you are a trade union organisation, you may want to respond separately as a representative organisation and an employer
