‘The Eagle with the Sunlit Eye’ comes to Ambleside

The award-winning film ‘The Eagle with the Sunlit Eye’ , directed by Ted Simpson, will be shown at Zefferellis cinema in Ambleside on Thursday 26th September. It aims to inspire people to find out more about the white-tailed eagle that used to live in abundance across the Cumbrian landscape.

‘The Eagle with the Sunlit Eye’ presents breath-taking visuals of the eagles and looks at communities living alongside this bird in Scotland. The film showing is the first in-person event of the social feasibility study for the Cumbrian White-Tailed Eagle Project.

There will also be a panel discussion held at 9pm, after the film showing.
