1. Third Sector application for funding 2019/20 – Wrexham Maelor / Cais am Gyllid Trydydd Sector 2019/20 - Ysbyty Maelor Wrecsam

Please note – Applications for funding for this round can only be for equipment that will be based at Ysbyty Maelor site.
 
The Maelor Voluntary Service is an independent charity that provides service and support for patients, visitors and staff of the Wrexham Maelor Hospital through the sale of refreshments in five cafes situated throughout the hospital.
 
This year the Maelor Voluntary Service has requested that a single bid does not exceed £75,000.   
 
The work of the MVS and financial support is only possible thanks to the army of volunteers they have supporting.  They have approximately 130 that give up their own time in support of the work done by our staff at the Maelor. 
 
We are now asking staff to put forward a grant application, for any equipment that your department, ward, or area required that will make a difference to the patients and families that you see.  
You are therefore encouraged to complete this online application form, which will be then shared with the Third Sector Charities.  A decision on the winning bids will be made by the committee and notification of the winning bids will be announced early in 2020.  

Please note that ALL applications need to have your Manager’s Approval, and that all bids with a value of over £5,000 will need to be supported by a Business Case.

Felly, anogir chi i gwblhau'r ffurflen gais ar-lein hon, a fydd yna'n cael ei rhannu gydag elusennau'r Trydydd Sector.  Bydd y pwyllgor yn gwneud penderfyniad ar y cynigion buddugol a chyhoeddir y ceisiadau buddugol yn ddiweddarach yn 2020.
