Healthwatch Southend is the independent voice of Southend residents who use or may use NHS and social care services.  We are not part of the NHS or Southend City Council.  We use your experiences to push for improvements in the services you and your families receive.

We want to hear about your experiences of using long-acting reversible contraception, how you gather information to make informed choices, and if there's anything that would make accessing contraceptive services easier for you.

LARC refers to a range of contraceptive methods and can include: a contraceptive injection (sometimes referred to as the Depo injection), an IUS (intrauterine system) or hormonal coil (sometimes referred to as the Merina coil), an IUD (intrauterine device) or copper coil, or a contraceptive implant.

All your answers will be kept confidential. If you want to read more about how we use your information, there is more detail here:  https://www.healthwatchsouthend.co.uk/privacy
