Details about this survey
Healthwatch Trafford are interested in hearing from the public about experiences of health and care. Having worked on the Kooth service before, we are interested to know more about digital mental health services for young people in the area and what those that use them think.
Our findings will be made available online. Where relevant the report may be shared with Trafford Council and the local Trafford Integrated Care Partnership (ICP). ICS have replaced the former Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).
The information collected will always be anonymised, so you will not be identifiable by your answers and can be completely open and honest. The demographic and contact information is used only by Healthwatch Trafford to send out surveys to the right people and to make sure that our information is as representative of the borough as possible. Your personal details will never be passed on or supplied to any other organisation and we will only ever use it for the purposes of the project. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will remove all details upon request.
