The purpose of this survey is to help us understand the motivations of those who volunteer to help people to get online, to explore what you enjoy and the challenges you face.
It is being conducted by
Open Data Manchester on behalf of
Manchester City Council. The results of this survey will help the council to better support their volunteers.
The survey consists of 30 questions over 5 sections and there are a mix of mutliple choice and free text. For the free text answers, you can tell us as much or as little as you like. The more information you give us, the better it will be for us to understand your motivations and needs.
The results of the survey will remain anonymous, although there is a chance to take part in further interviews or focus groups later on, at which point we will ask you for a contact email address. If you wish your answers to remain anonymous, do not answer this question.
