Football Club Survey - Pitches

Stuart Todd Associates has been commissioned by Cornwall Council to produce a Playing Pitch Strategy. In order to develop a robust strategy, it is important that we get data and information from clubs about the grass and artificial grass pitches they use.

If you would prefer to print out the survey form to complete it, please return your completed paper form(s) to: Cornwall PPS, Stuart Todd Associates, 50 Port Stanley Close, Norton Fitzwarren, Taunton, Somerset, TA2 6FD, or scan / take photos of it and email to toby.wintgens@stuarttoddassociates.co.uk.

Please could you let us know how many grass / artificial grass sports pitches are marked out on the site(s) you use?

We would be grateful if you could enter one pitch per row. Please note you can 'copy and paste' the column headings as your answers.

It would also be useful for us to know about any sports halls or multi-use games areas (MUGAs) you use (we define MUGAs as small open access areas, typically tarmacked and fenced (approx. 38mx18m) and used for a variety of sports including kickabout football).
