The ICO is consulting on key data protection issues in relation to “consent or pay” business models. You can read more about our emerging thinking here.
Your responses will help us develop our final regulatory positions on these models which will be reflected in the ICO’s upcoming guidance update on cookies and similar technologies.
This survey is split into four sections:
- Section 1: Your views on our approach
- Section 2: Current practice on consent and pay
- Section 3: About you / your organisation
- Section 4: Final comment
The call for views will remain open until 5pm on 17 April 2024. We may not consider responses received after the deadline.
