We want to know what people who work in Primary Care think about the care, support and treatment, that is available for children and young people (0-25 years old) who are described as 'complex'. We want to know what is working well and what can be better.
We want to know who you think 'complex' children and young people are.
A 'complex' child or young person might be described as someone who:
- Find it difficult to keep appointments, or tell people they want help.
- Might not be receiving any education.
- Might need help from more than one service.
- Might have experienced abuse, neglect or other trauma.
- Might be involved with the criminal justice system.
- Might be vulnerable to criminal exploitation.
- Be in care, or be a young adult who has left care.
- Have additional needs.
The information you tell us, will be used to make services better, by sharing what is working well and what needs to be better. The information you give us will be kept anonymous, this means we will not use any information that will let other people know who you are.
