We are collecting the views of parents and carers about their experiences with childcare in Wales. This survey is part of research conducted by the Women's Equality Network (WEN) Wales, with Arad Research carrying out the survey on our behalf.

The survey is for parents and carers of children aged 0-4, including those who use formal childcare and those who do not. The findings will be used in WEN’s campaigning and advocacy work to help us shape future childcare in Wales.

We will not ask you your name, and all information you share will be kept secure and anonymised in publications. Please find more details here on how we use your data.

At the end of the survey, you can enter a prize draw to win a £100 shopping voucher. We'll ask you to provide your name and contact details on a separate page so that your name won't be linked to your answers.
