This is the application form for the Chaotic Flows in Polymer Solutions workshop, Monday 6 - Friday 10 January 2025.

Currently, there is no financial support available to attend this event.* You are registering to attend on a self-funded basis and will be required to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements. In addition, all successful participants will be required to pay a 150 GBP registration fee.

Applications to attend will close Friday 1 November. You will be contacted by Sarah Black (ICMS Senior Event Co-ordinator) once the organisers have reviewed all applications.
