Children and Young People's Mental Health Services in Norfolk and Waveney are being re-designed and as part of this process we are looking to create a new logo for the service.  Young people have helped us produce a short list of ideas.  In this survey we are asking for your opinion on these ideas, and for any other ideas you have to create an eye-catching logo that you would remember and recognise in the future.


This survey should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
 

1. We have 3 basic designs for you to consider – you can comment on colours later. Please place the three designs in order of preference, with your favourite first. If you don’t like any, put ‘None of the options’ first. The options will move as you answer into your preferred order this may appear a little confusing at first.
