About the survey
Cervical screening, which used to be called smear test, is a test to check the health of the cervix and help prevent cervical cancer. It's offered to women and people with a cervix aged 25 to 64. To find out more about cervical cancer screenings visit the NHS cervical screening website.
This survey asks for your views and experiences related to cervical screening in Derbyshire. Specifically, we will ask:
- The area of Derbyshire you live in.
- Whether you have attended cervical screening appointment.
- Your views on cervical screenings.
- Your experiences of your cervical screening appointments and suggestions for improvement.
- Whether you’ve discussed related health issues with your GP, and your experiences.
We’ll also include some optional questions about you. These help us understand how different groups experience health services.
Our survey will only take 10-15 minutes of your time. We will use your feedback to tell the NHS and Public Health what is working well, and what could be improved for the cervical screening programme. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The survey will close on 22 April 2025.
At the end, you can opt into a prize draw for a £100 Love2shop voucher by leaving your contact details. The draw will take place in April 2025.
