Gloucestershire VCS Alliance and NHS Gloucestershire ICB are working in partnership with the VCSE sector to shape a new training & development programme for frontline staff/volunteers around 'Conversations for Change'.
The aim is to develop a programme of training and coaching support for front-line VCSE sector teams. This is to further develop people’s skills and confidence to have conversations that challenge, encourage and empower people to take action their own lives.
This survey is your opportunity to influence the programme design and implementation. It is particularly for VCSE sector team members who are interested in or responsible for development of frontline staff/volunteers in their group/organisation.
Aggregated and anonymised survey results will be shared with the Project Steering Group including NHS Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board and Gloucestershire County Council representatives. You do not need to give your name when completing this survey, however there is an option to share your contact details at the end of the survey.
