Bristol Health Partners Healthy Weight Health Integration Team is a partnership working together to improve health and care to help people achieve a healthy weight in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
We are using this survey to understand your thoughts on the NHS Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator and how this calculator communicates results with you. Healthcare professionals may use BMI when talking about your weight.
