Dear All,

Christmas Lunch

Please can ALL families complete the following form, even if your child does not want a Christmas Lunch.

Date: Friday 9th December

Location: School Hall

Cost: £2.38.

There is no charge for children in Rec, Yr1 or Yr2 and Yrs 3 - 6 that have Free School Meals however you MUST still book your child a Christmas lunch if you would like them to have one.

Red: Roast Chicken with trimmings served with Roast Potatoes, Carrots, Peas and Gravy
Or
Green : Vegetable Parcel with Roast Potatoes, Carrots, Peas and Gravy

Desert
Festive Biscuit

Actions: Please submit the choices for your child(ren) below and pay via Parent Pay if required.

ALL bookings for Christmas Lunch MUST be made and paid for by Wednesday 2nd December. NO Booking NO Christmas Lunch!

Paper Reply : Paper copies of replies are available from the school office.

Remember to complete the form below even if your child is not having a school lunch on this day and ensure they bring in a packed lunch from home on Friday 9th December.
